Luntz notes that Harris is attracting voters who were previously uninterested in voting for either Trump or Biden, changing the electoral pool.

Luntz mentions that Harris has an intensity and demographic advantage, which he has not seen before.

According to Luntz, undecided voters and 'weak' Trump supporters are now leaning towards Harris.

Luntz is having difficulty finding enough undecided, younger female voters for his focus groups.
